Research and Interests

Systematic analysis of microRNA and transcription factor in myogenesis, cardiogenesis, and cardiac hypertrophy
My goal is to uncover genetic regulatory modules of transcription factor and microRNA underlying distinct gene expression patterns of cardiac and skeletal muscles. (current)

Development of microarray database
With increasing efforts adopting standards for data sharing, I worked on establishing microarray database compliant to standards adopted by MGED (Microarray Gene Expression Data) society.
