18th Annual International Conference on Research in Computational Molecular Biology

RECOMB 2014 will be jointly hosted by Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh. The conference aims to bridge the computational, mathematical, statistical, and biological sciences. The conference features keynote talks by preeminent scientists in life sciences, proceeding presentations of peer-reviewed research papers in computational biology, and poster sessions on the latest research progress. As usual, authors of accepted papers will be invited to submit an edited version of the manuscript to the Journal of Computational Biology for the publication of a special issue.
RECOMB 2014 will be combined with the RECOMB-Seq satellite workshop, held March 31-April 1 2014 and the RECOMB-BE satellite workshop, held April 1, 2014. Sequencing related research papers rejected from the RECOMB, may be resubmitted to RECOMB-Seq on an expedited review timeline. Please visit the RECOMB-Seq website for detailed information.
Papers reporting on original research in all areas of computational molecular biology and bioinformatics are sought. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
