SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS
Abstracts for all MGED presentations will be published in the abstract booklet. Abstract submission is now open and will Close July 6th. The Program Committee will select a limited number of abstracts for oral presentation. Authors of selected abstracts will be notified by email shortly after the abstract deadline. The completed program will also be added to the meeting website.

PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS
Submissions should include:

Clear indication of whether you want to present your work as an oral and/or a poster presentation
Name and institution of the authors of the work. Please also clearly indicate the presenter and include their contact email address
The abstract should not contain images and cannot exceed 250 words of text.
ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATION
Notification of programming decisions will come from the secretariat shortly after the expiry of deadlines and the working program will be posted to the web site.

POSTER FORMAT
Posters should not exceed 100cm wide by 120cm tall. Velcro will be available to fix the posters to the boards
