Submissions will be accepted through Thursday, September 24, 2009. You will need to complete the online submission form as instructed and upload your submission in compliance with directions provided in the Call for Participation (link to download copy is above).




Categories of Submission: The types of submissions considered are listed below. All submissions must conform to the format and presentation requirements described in the Call for Participation.
- Paper Presentation
- Abstract Presentation
- Posters
- Panels




Classifying Your Submission: Authors will designate their keywords or "tracks" on the online submission form, which are used to match submissions to reviewers and to help organize the papers, posters, and panels accepted for the program. The following are the 6 tracks which keywords will fall under:
1. Informatics methods for the analysis of molecular and clinical measurements
2. Computational approaches to finding molecular mechanisms and therapies for disease
3. Informatics concepts, tools and techniques to enable integrative translational research
4. Relating and representing phenotypes and disease
5. Informatics methods in genetics discoveries and clinical practice
6. Dissecting disease through the study of organisms, evolution, and taxonomy
