A Medinfo conference is the premier triennial international meeting for the medical informatics community. There is nothing else like a Medinfo conference – as it is "the" place that the most exciting and dynamic medical (health) informatics concepts, research, ideas, and practical informatics topics from across the world are presented.

● Papers due 4th December, 2006.
● Acceptance letters to first authors by 28th February, 2007.
● Period for paper update 1st to 30th March, 2007.

● Very early bird member and non member registration September 1 – December 31, 2006
● Early bird member and non member registration January 1 – April 30, 2007
● Standard member and non member registration May 1 – August 17, 2007
● Author / Presenter March 1 – August 17, 2007
* A reduced registration rate is available for the primary presenting author or the primary lead presenter of a
demonstration, poster or panel.
● Student registration from January 1 – August 17, 2007
* Student registrations MUST present proof of full time student status, valid student ID plus a letter of
confirmation from the University.
● Country Ambassador registration January 1 – August 17, 2007
* Ambassadors appointed by the Organising Committee will be eligible.
● Day and/or Exhibit Hall registration January 1 – August 17, 2007
● ON SITE registration will be available at the venue August 19, 2007
