Microarray measures the simultaneous expression levels of tens of thousands of genes in a given cell type.
Such data can yield significant insights into the underlying biology of the cell. We achieve this by comprehensive
and step-by-step procedures.
The goal of this project is to create a high-throughput platform for microarray data analysis.
This work includes:
Develop algorithms for removing systemtic effiects
Develop algorithms for supervised analysis
Develop algorithms for unsupervised analysis
Develop algorithms for recognizing patterns
Develop algorithms for visualization
Create software package for the above purposes
