Overview

      Microarray measures the simultaneous expression levels of tens of thousands of genes in a given cell type.
    Such data can yield significant insights into the underlying biology of the cell. We achieve this by comprehensive
    and step-by-step procedures.



Goal

    The goal of this project is to create a high-throughput platform for microarray data analysis.
    This work includes:
            • Develop algorithms for removing systemtic effiects
            • Develop algorithms for supervised analysis
            • Develop algorithms for unsupervised analysis
            • Develop algorithms for recognizing patterns
            • Develop algorithms for visualization
            • Create software package for the above purposes
